The following form is for student news and event announcements at Suffolk. By completing this form, your information will be publicized in our weekly email of student news and weekly events and/or posted on Activate the Space (tv screens around campus). Include a brief description of events, as well as any news articles that you would like to share. Please fill out the entire form and submit by Wednesday in order for it to be posted by the following Monday.

What would you like to be sent out? If you would like to post to the tv screens around campus, check off the appropriate box, follow the directions below and send it to announcements@suffolk.edu or it will not be uploaded. The Suffolk Campus Messaging System (CMS) requires that you submit slides as 1920X1080 jpeg or PNG file's To insure that your message plays correctly on the Suffolk CMS we have created a Powerpoint Template with instructions and some example slides. Content Template and instructions The Suffolk CMS system can also play video. 720p or 1080P h264 quicktime movie files with the quality set to high is the preferred file format.
