Criminal-- Various issues arising out of drug conviction, including the proper method to present to the trial court a stipulation that the substance involved was cocaine.

Criminal; Right of Confrontation-- In a drug and firearm prosecution, whether it was error to admit drug and ballistics certificates without the testimony of the analyst or ballistician in light of subsequent cases regarding the defendant's right of confrontation, even though the defendant did not object to the evidence at trial.

Administrative Law-- The Commonwealth is appealing a Superior Court order that reversed an administrative penalty for violation of the Clean Air Act in connection with the removal of asbestos shingles from a building.
