Landlord-Tenant Law-- Whether the Boston Housing Authority may terminate a tenancy involving federally subsidized housing on the basis of possession of one ounce or less of marijuana.

Consignment of Fine Art-- The Bankruptcy Court has certified to the Supreme Judicial Court a question of Massachusetts law regarding consignment of fine art; the issue deals with whether paintings consigned to an art gallery that has filed for bankruptcy are property of the art gallery or are held in trust for the benefit of the artists.

Roes v. Children's Hospital Medical Center
Negligence-- The plaintiffs, who allege that they were victims of sexual abuse by a doctor in North Carolina, seek to impose liability for negligence against a Boston hospital for not reporting sexual abuse by a doctor that occurred while he was previously working for the hospital in Massachusetts.

Civil Service-- Various issues arising out of Springfield's attempt to terminate a civil service employee for misconduct.

Superintendence Petition-- The petitioner is seeking post-conviction relief after having pleaded guilty to motor vehicle violations.

  (Reserve Case)
Evidence-- The defendant, convicted of sexual offenses, claims that the trial judge made errors regarding admissibility of evidence.
