Torts-- This suit by trustees of a condominium trust for damages against the declarant for construction defects raises issues concerning the economic loss doctrine in tort litigation.

Class Actions; Public Utilities-- The plaintiffs are appealing the denial of their request for class action certification in their suit for damages and equitable relief against an electric utility arising out an extended power outage during a winter storm.

Search and Seizure-- The defendant is appealing the denial of his motion to suppress in a prosecution for possession of drugs.
