Commonwealth v. Craan
Search and Seizure; Marijuana-- The Commonwealth is appealing the allowance of a motion to suppress where a police officer detected a marijuana order coming from an automobile but had no basis to believe that an occupant possessed more than one ounce of marijuana; whether the officer may issue an exit order and search the automobile on the basis that a federal crime may have been committed.

J.M. Hollister, LLC v. Architectural Access Board
Administrative Law; Architectural Access Board-- A retail store is appealing a decision of the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board that three separate doors at the front of the store constituted separate entrances such that all of them had to be accessible to physically disabled persons.

Weiler v. Portfolioscope, Inc.
Contracts-- This is a suit for fees owed under a contract with respect to a settlement that defendant reached in litigation.

Commonwealth v. Rex
Criminal-- The Commonwealth is appealing the dismissal of indictments charging the defendant with possession of child pornography.

Commonwealth v. Overmyer
Search and Seizure; Marijuana-- The Commonwealth is appealing the allowance of a motion to suppress where a police officer detected a marijuana odor coming from an automobile and seized what may have been more than one ounce of marijuana from the automobile.

Commonwealth v. Jackson
Criminal-- Defendant is appealing the denial of a motion for new trial after a murder conviction.

Commonwealth v. Lewis
Criminal; Discovery-- In a drug prosecution, the Commonwealth is appealing a discovery order requiring the production of crime lab maintenance and repair records relating to the testing of the drugs involved in the case.

Figgs v. Boston Housing Authority
  (Reserve Case)
Landlord-Tenant Law-- Whether the Boston Housing Authority may terminate a tenancy involving federally subsidized housing on the basis of possession of one ounce or less of marijuana.
