Commonwealth v. Perkins
Search and Seizure-- In a drug and firearms prosecution, the Commonwealth is appealing the allowance of a motion to suppress evidence seized from an automobile.

Leder v. Rigby
Conflict of Interest Law-- Claiming conflict of interest violations, the plaintiff is appealing the denial of a request to enjoin public school officials from using their official status to endorse a competitor marketing musical instruments for a school's music program.

Commonwealth v. Hanright
Criminal Discovery-- In a prosecution for murder and armed robbery, whether the Commonwealth is entitled to discovery of the defendant's medical and mental health records.


Moreno v. Naranjo
Abuse Prevention Orders-- The plaintiff is appealing a District Court judge's decision to limit an abuse prevention restraining order to six months rather than one year; whether visitation rights may be taken into account in determining the duration of an order.


Commonwealth v. Humphries
  (Reserve Case)
Criminal-- Various issues arising out of firearms convictions on a joint venture theory, including whether placing the burden on the defendant to show that his joint venturer lawfully possessed a firearms violated due process.
