Criminal-- The defendant, convicted of murder in 1973, is appealing the denial of a motion for new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence.

Criminal-- Various issues arising out of conviction for child enticement involving on-line communications between the defendant and a law enforcement officer posing as a minor, including issues of entrapment.
