Production of Documents and Privacy of Minor Parties-- Where minor parties brought suit against school and municipality for failure of defendants to protect them from assault on school property, this aspect of the case raises the question whether videotape interviews of the plaintiffs in connection with a criminal investigation by the District Attorney must be produced by virtue of a subpoena issued by the plaintiffs’ attorney.
