Residential Computing Services

RCS is looking for Residential Computing Assistants (RCA’s) for the Fall 2012 semester.

RCA's help resident students set up their computers to establish a connection to the Internet, remove viruses and spyware and help troubleshoot network problems. If you like working with people and with computers, here’s an excellent way to combine your customer service skills and your technical know-how. We are seeking the following qualifications:

• Proficient at organizing, managing time
• Self-motivated (good at working independently)
• Professional, customer-service attitude
• Basic troubleshooting and computer skills (both Mac and Windows)
