Helpful Registration Tips:

• Meet with an academic advisor prior to registration.
• Check Registration Holds prior to registration on MySuffolk under the Classes and Registration tab to ensure advisor approval has been recorded.
• Navigate to the 'Classes & Registration' tab and check the 'Register/Class Schedule' sub-tab to ensure course is open.
• Complete the appropriate prerequisites. Prerequisite courses cannot be taken concurrently.

• Non-degree graduate students cannot exceed the maximum number of six enrolled credits.  MBA courses are not open to non-degree students unless student is accepted as a MAPS student through the Sawyer Business School MBA Programs Office

• New undergraduate degree students register during registration/orientation prior to the beginning of the term.

• Check assigned registration time ('My Assigned Time') listed under the Register/Class Schedule tab.

• Visit the Registration Restrictions link under the Classes & Registration tab of your MySuffolk account to check any holds preventing registration.

• Any special permission to register for a course (faculty approval required,  prerequisite override, time conflicts) must be submitted on a signed registration or add form or advisors or faculty can submit permission to reg@suffolk.edu.
