• Enrollment Verification

Suffolk University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for confirmation of student enrollment. By linking to this site, students can:

  • Print a Clearinghouse Proof of Enrollment, which can be submitted to Health Insurance, housing provider, or other organizations requiring proof of enrollment.
  • View a list of student loan lenders.
  • View student enrollment information submitted by Suffolk University. 

To obtain an enrollment certification, visit Verify Now at the NSC or contact  the NSC at  703.742.4200

Enrollment information is reported periodically to the NSC.  Future terms may not be immediately available. Students should submit an Enrollment Verification Request to the Office of the Registrar for any enrollment term not available through the NSC.

The NSC cannot process verifications requiring academic information (GPA, degree program, etc.).   These requests must be processed directly through the Registrar’s Office by submitting an Enrollment Verification form.

Upon student request, the Registrar’s Office will verify to a third party enrollment status in accordance with the Family Rights and Privacy Act.
