• Enrollment Certification

An Enrollment Certification is an official document confirming student attendance, degree(s), past enrollment, expected graduation date and other information of a students academic record.

Students may need an enrollment verification for:

  • Defer Student Loans
  • Health Insurance
  • Verify degree(s) for prospective employer
  • Proof of attendance for another academic institution
  • Housing Application

Certain confidential information may be released, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, with a student's signed authorization.

Email Communications:

Students and faculty are assigned a University email account which is the University's official means of communication. Students are responsible for all information sent to the SU email account. Students who choose to forward email from their SU email account are responsible for all information, including attachments, sent to the University email account.  Contact the Help Desk for assistance.
