Ordering Official Transcripts:

All requests for official Suffolk University College of Arts and Sciences or Sawyer Business School transcripts are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Suffolk University issues official transcripts only with authorization from the student.

Costs and Services:

The cost for an official transcript is $5.00 per transcript. Transcript orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are sent from the Office of the University Registrar via first-class U.S. mail. Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be issued an official transcript. For questions regarding financial holds, contact the Bursar’s Office at (617) 573-8407.

Electronic PDF-Electronic PDF transcripts carry an additional charge of $1.75 for digital signature and security features.

Unofficial Transcripts:

  • Students with access to MySuffolk click on the 'Classes & Registration'.
  • Click on 'Unofficial College Transcript' under the 'My Grades & Academic Profile' sub-tab.
  • Students who do not have access to MySuffolk contact the Office of the Registrar at 617-573-8430.

Email Communications:

Students and faculty are assigned a University email account which is the University's official means of communication. Students are responsible for all information sent to the SU email account. Students who choose to forward email from their SU email account are responsible for all information, including attachments, sent to the University email account.  Contact the Help Desk for assistance.
