What is an e-bill?

An e-bill is an electronic copy of your tuition bill and displays the same information as paper billing statements. All e-bill notifications are emailed to your Suffolk email account. back to top^

Who can see my e-bill?

Only shared access users can view your e-bill. Shared access users are those individuals you provide access to the e-bill portal to view and pay your tuition bill. back to top^

How do I create shared access?

Log into your e-bill account and choose ‘My Profile’ in the top menu bar. Choose ‘Shared Access’ located in the menu to the left. Add shared access users. back to top^

How do I create and e-bill account?

You can create your e-bill account by following the instructions that were sent to your Suffolk e-mail address. This registration e-mail provides your user id and password, as well as the e-bill account registration link. All e-bill notifications will be sent to your Suffolk e-mail address. back to top^

How do I access my e-bill?

You can access your e-bill by visiting the Bursar’s webpage at www.suffolk.edu/bursar. Choose ‘View My E-bill’ located in the menu to the left. back to top^

How does e-billing and online payment work?

Because the e-bill process is electronic, you have access to your bill all day, every day. The Bursar’s Office will notify you when your e-bill is processed and ready to be paid. You have the ability to access your e-bill account, as well as pay your tuition balance from the Bursar’s page at www.suffolk.edu/bursar. Depending on what you would like to do, you may choose from two options: ‘Make a Payment’ or ‘View My E-bill’. Both of these options are located in the menu to the right. back to top^

What payment methods are accepted?

You may pay your tuition using a check, electronic check, or credit card. The Bursar’s Office will accept your check payment in person, or you can mail a check to the address specified on your ebill, or mail your check payment directly to the Bursar’s Office. If you are mailing a check payment, please write your name and id number on your check payment.

If you would like to pay using a MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover Card, you may do so by visiting www.suffolk.edu/bursar and choose ‘Make a Payment’ located in the menu to the right. Please keep in mind – all credit card payments are assessed a 2.99% convenience fee.
