Memos can be distributed to the University community through any mail services location.

To ensure the accurate and timely distribution of your memo throughout the University Community, the following Mail Services requirements must be met:

• The memo needs to be distributed at least two business days in advance of the date specified for the event
• The print version of the Advanced Notification of Mailing Request Form or the On-line Memo Form must accompany the memo
• The date on the memo needs to be the same as the distribution date
