To add or modify your signature file, you would click on Tools, Options, and click on the Mail Format tab. Click on the Signatures button. Click on an existing signature file to modify, or click on the New button and type in a name for the new signature file and click on OK. Now you can type in the content of your signature file, as you would like it displayed, change the fonts used and also insert graphics files or hyperlinks. Once completed, you can choose when you want it to be added to your emails, such as for new messages or replies and forwards of received messages. Click on OK to save the signature file and then click on OK again at the Options window to close it.
