The Office of Institutional Planning and Research provides internal consulting on a time-available basis to faculty and administrative offices.  

For your survey work, we can

• Help you develop survey instruments and plan your surveys.
• Help you set up a coding sheet and spreadsheet for data entry.
• Conduct limited statistical analyses of your data if you do not have statistical software.

If you are interested in conducting focus groups, we will

• Assist in the planning process.
• Help develop your questions and "script".
• Act as moderators of the focus group session and help analyze the results (if our time allows).

If you need national higher education data, we may have it on hand or be able to point you to an appropriate source.
