We encourage you to use the University email guidelines for  how-to instructions, helpful hints, new ideas, and to answer any questions.

If you don't find the information you need, or would like additional assistance, please submit a Help Desk Request Form, email us at helpdesk@suffolk.edu, or call 617-557-2000. (On Campus, just dial 2000.) Our walk-in hours are 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday, in the Sawyer Building, Room 208.
