The Donahue Lecture Series presents Professor Richard A. Epstein from the University of Chicago Law School in a discussion on "Carbon Dioxide - The Newest Pollutant."

Epstein, the James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor of Law, is known for his research and writings on a broad range of constitutional, economic, historical, and philosophical subjects.
