All classes are held in rooms which are accessible to people with disabilities. Please call the Human Resources Office at ext. 8415 if you need to make other arrangements.

Registration Procedures

• Complete the enrollment form online here. You may enroll for more than one course at the same time.
• You must obtain your supervisor’s approval for all programs except for those scheduled at lunchtime. If the lunchtime program is not during your regularly scheduled lunch hour, please make certain your supervisor approves your attendance.
• You will receive a course confirmation/reminder by email.
• Programs are generally filled on a first-come, first-served basis. When a program is filled, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list. If an opening becomes available due to a cancellation or new session offering, you will be contacted.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend a program for which you have registered, please notify the Human Resources Office as soon as possible so that your place can be given to someone on the waiting list. Note: Some programs also have cancellation fees.

Occasionally courses will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment.
