The Sawyer Business School provides faculty, students and staff technology support through the Office of Technology Management. We provide support in multiple ways, including online and in person.

Answers to a wide variety of computing questions and how-to’s are available online through FAQs and tutorials. These are available under the respective services we offer.

The OTM Help Desk is the main point of contact for people who have questions or problems. There are three ways of getting assistance from us:

Online

Faculty, students and staff are able to submit requests online.

Phone

Telephone support is available by calling the office. Our number is located on our Contact Us page.

Walk-In

Based on the nature of the request, users may visit our offices on the 5th Floor of the Sawyer Building for assistance.

Support Hours

Our support hours are Monday thru Friday: 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM. Support through our office is not available after hours, on weekends or during University holidays.
