Suffolk University strives to ensure the privacy and security of the data we maintain for the Suffolk community. In keeping with this goal, the University has established a policy regarding the handling of decommissioned computers to ensure that data stored on a computer cannot be recovered. The office that provides IT support for your machines will be responsible for wiping the data from any computer you discard.
When you are ready to discard a computer for recycling, donation, or disposal, please contact the applicable office below and arrange to have the machine brought to that office:

All decommissioned computers must be brought to the applicable office above before leaving Suffolk; no computer may be directly donated, disposed of, or otherwise discarded by the user.
