Suffolk University uses ImageNow document capture technology to organize, store, retrieve and review documents electronically.

The infrastructure, technology and security of the ImageNow system are managed by Information Technology Services.

Departments that wish to capture documents must purchase a scanner that is compatible with the ImageNow software. A Capture license and  an ImageNow user license for each scanner. All Licenses must be purchased through Information Technology Services.
 
To view documents captured and stored in the ImageNow system, individuals must

1. Request an ImageNow user account
2. Have the ImageNow client installed on their PCs or access ImageNow via the Web version, WebNow.

In conjunction with ImageNow, departments may also order Kofax, software that works with the scanner to increase image clarity.
