The Suffolk Student

This workshop will present a snapshot of the Suffolk student. Demographics of the incoming class as well as CAS and SBS students will be presented. Suffolk students will share with faculty members their experiences in the classroom and in co-curricular activities. Faculty will have the opportunity to ask students about academic life at Suffolk. Refreshments will be served.

 

The Sawyer Library and its Resources

This session will include a brief tour of the Sawyer Library, and a look at its physical resources.  Then, in sessions in both the Poetry Center and in the library’s instruction room, the electronic resources of the library and the services it provides will be identified and discussed.  Questions are welcomed throughout.  

 

Funding Opportunities at Suffolk University

The Corporate, Foundation & Government Grants (CF&GG) office supports faculty in their pursuit of sponsored research grants and activities and establishes relationships with corporations and foundations in an effort to advance University goals.  Meet the members of the CF&GG team and learn about resources for identifying potential funding sources and preparing a successful proposal – including building a budget.
