To speak with a Help Desk Technician, call us at (617) 557-2000, 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.  On campus, just dial 2000.   If you'd like in-person assistance, stop by the Help Desk Walk-In Center  Mon. – Fri. 9:00 – 5:00. You may also submit a request for assistance to the Help Desk using the Help Desk Request Form, or contact us by email at helpdesk@suffolk.edu

Requests submitted  between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM on each University business day will reach us on that day.  We’ll respond to requests submitted outside of those hours on the next business day.

In some cases, our Help Desk staff will be able to help you right away. In others, we may need to refer your request to experts who have specialized training.

Note: For technical assistance with Blackboard, Blackboard Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866-886-4861.
