• Faculty and Staff Support

The ITS Help Desk supports machines, networking, and software throughout the University for all offices and departments not affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences, Sawyer Business School, or the Law School.  The ITS Help Desk also provides assistance with email, MySuffolk, and wireless network access issues for users throughout the University.

For issues with computers in classrooms, labs, and faculty offices located in Donahue, Fenton, Archer, Ridgeway, and 1 Bowdoin, and for College faculty in 73 Tremont, please contact College of Arts and Sciences Academic Computing at 617-557-2002.

For issues with multimedia equipment in the above locations, please contact University Media Services at 617-573-8168.

For issues concerning machines or equipment in classrooms and labs in the Sawyer building, and in Business School faculty and administrative offices, please contact the Business School’s Office of Technology Management at otm@suffolk.edu, or call 617-573-8524.

NESAD faculty and staff: For problems with applications specific to NESAD or for support of NESAD hardware, please contact NESAD Support at nesadsupport@suffolk.edu.

Law School faculty and staff: For CampusCruiser questions, please contact the Law School Registrar at 617-573-8160.  For all other issues, please contact Law Academic Technology at 617-573-8352.

Hardware Support

ITS supports hardware including PC’s and University-provided peripherals (e.g. printers, scanners, PDA’s), and access to the University network.

University staff should contact the Help Desk with their issues.  Most hardware problems require follow up by a Desktop Support Technician.

ITS supports email and applications used in common throughout the University.

Please note that for users affiliated with one of the Univesity's three schools, we may refer your issue to your school's technology support group if it requires installation or updates of software, as those groups maintain the computers within their respective schools.
