• Content Management System

To meet the needs of the schools, departments, and research centers within the University as they take on a more prominent role in posting content to the Web, and to make future modifications more efficient, Suffolk has implemented a Content Management System (CMS).

The CMS uses a database for all content that appears on the Web site, separating content from design.

This system easily allows changes or additions to content by users who are not familiar with HTML or traditional Web editing tools such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, which was previously required for content editing.
