The Office of Retention Services (ORS) serves as a student advocate in resolving issues related to enrollment and matriculation. ORS also provides financial counseling for students who are having difficulty financing their education or for students who are not sure where to go with personal issues and concerns.
The Student Advisory Line (SAL) is a direct line to the Office of Retention Services where students can call during our office hours (9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.) to schedule an appointment or receive advice on issues, concerns, or get answers to questions related to Suffolk University's policies, procedures, program offerings and support services. For calls received after hours, students should feel free to leave a detailed message with their name, phone number, the date/time they called and a brief message; and the phone call will be followed up by the director of Retention Services.
The Office of Retention Services (ORS) sponsors exciting programs and creates connections to academic and extra-curricular resources and programs, so that our students can succeed and be involved within the community.
The Office of Retention Services strives to connect our students one-at-a-time to Suffolk University!
