* Participation in one of these trips is automatically included in students’ tuition and fees. For students that do not choose any of the trips included, no refund will be available. Students may also sign up through the Student Activities Office for an additional trip for an extra fee. Payment deadlines will be announced.
** This trip is only for students enrolled in SCI L111 Astronomy I Lab.
*** Final exams will be administered from Wednesday, 24 April through Tuesday, 30 April. Individual course exam dates will be published at the beginning of the spring semester but may be subject to change. Students should not make travel plans before Tuesday, 30 April 2013.

The Spanish Ministry of Labor publishes the calendar of official holidays a few months ahead of the relevant year. Therefore, it is possible that there may be changes in the Suffolk University Madrid Campus calendar. Otherwise, changes are expected to be slight.
