Online courses are a great way to earn credits between semesters and from the comfort of your home computer.

What is the online course schedule?

Online course formats can vary. Some instructors require students be online in synchronous sessions and others may not. Some instructors may require taking an exam at the Boston campus and other may not. Please consult the course descriptions on the winter/summer online course pages for specific details. What are the technology requirements?

Technical Requirements:

PC: Windows XP with minimum of 256 ram
Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.5 and above

Apple: Mac OS 10.4 and above with minimum 256 ram
Safari 4.0 and above or Firefox 3.5 and above

Software: MS Office 2002/Office for Mac or Open Office 3.2
Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3

Internet: DSL or Broadband

Additional hardware:  For synchronous audio chat, a usb headset/microphone.  Please check with the instructor about the use of synchronous chat in your course
