Suffolk University presents "Confronting Gang Violence: Lessons from Massachusetts and Beyond." The forum will be moderated by Suffolk University Professors Erika Gebo and Brenda J. Bond, authors of Looking Beyond Suppression: Community Strategies to Reduce Gang Violence.

A book launch for Looking Beyond Suppression, which presents narratives from the front lines of a statewide initiative to quash gang violence, will follow at 5:30 p.m.
The event gathers together the research and resources of the University’s Center for Crime & Justice Policy Research, Institute for Public Service, Moakley Center for Public Management, and Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service.
