The Honorable Alex Fergusson, SMP, Presiding Officer of the Parliament of Scotland discusses Scottish and UK politics.  Fergusson is a member of the British Conservative Party and is the elected member of the Scotland Parliament representing Galloway and Upper Nithsdale.
