The Consulate General of Venezuela in Boston, the IV Spring School on Transatlantic Studies, and the Suffolk University's Quinn Dickerson Seminar Series presents "Democracy in Venezuela: Domestic and External Challenges" featuring Modesto Ruiz Espinoza, Member of the Venezuelan National Assembly with introductions by Omar Sierra, Consul General of Venezuela in Boston, and moderated by Roberto Dominguez, Government Department, Suffolk University.
