Graduation Packets: Tickets/Invitations

Your graduation packet contains:

  • 6 Tickets with invitations
  • Request for Extra tickets*
  • Graduate Degree Hood Color Guide
  • Parking and Garage Information
  • Thank-a-Prof Information 

*Information will be given to you in your packet about how to request additional tickets. Extra tickets, will be issued once packet pick up is complete and all students have picked up their packets. The Dean’s Office will not be able to inform students until the week after packet-pickup if additional tickets will be possible.

Where do I pick up the graduation packet?

Graduation packets can be picked up in Donahue 403 at 41 Temple Street from April 30 - May 4. Hours are Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-4:45pm.

What do I need to do before I pick up my graduation packet?

  • Make sure all financial obligations with the University have been met.
  • Complete Perkins and/or College Loan Exit Interview(s) (if applicable)
  • Complete the Stafford Loan Exit Interview (if applicable)
  • Complete the Graduate Student Survey

    Please note: the surveys are password protected and the password is the your Suffolk ID number. Your ID number will only work if you RSVP'd "yes" to graduation. If you have trouble logging in, please have your ID number handy and contact Megan Daley at 617.305.1718 or mdaley@suffolk.edu.

What do I need to pick up my packet?

  • A valid Suffolk University I.D. or a driver’s license

Where do I pick up my cap and gown?

The Graduation Packet serves as a "release" for your cap and gown. With the packet in hand, you can go to the Suffolk University Bookstore in the Ridgeway Building to pick up your cap, gown and graduate hood.

Unable to pick up your packet during the week of finals?

If you are unable to pick up your packet and regalia during the week of finals, you should arrange for a relative or friend to do so for you. Your designee must bring with them a note signed by you with your Suffolk I.D. number and their photo I.D.
