Douglas Snow Professor Snow teaches Applied Research Methods for Healthcare Management with Professor Rivard, in addition to his Public Management courses. He is a longtime member of the Sawyer Business School faculty, and he has served twice as chair of the Public Management Department. His areas of expertise include: public budgeting and financial management; tax policy; organization, staffing, and procedures of state legislatures; and microenterprise finance and economic development. He is a recipient of the John Brennan Award for Outstanding Instruction to Graduate Students from the Graduate Student Association of Suffolk University.
