Phone calls are accepted during regular business hours. In response to phone calls, we can:

  • Answer general questions
  • Accept requests to mail forms
  • Schedule appointments for visits

Monday - Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm*
Fridays: 8:45am-3:00pm

*Note: During the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters the office will stay open until 5:30pm Monday through Thursday.

Walk In

For walk-in visitors we can:

  • Answer general questions
  • Distribute applications
  • Provide receipts for forms personally submitted schedule appointments for return visits
  • Schedule appointments for return visits

Appointments

Appointments are available if walk-in or phone service does not meet your needs. If you need help completing forms, we recommend that you finish as much of the form as possible before meeting with an administrator. It also helps if you bring all supporting documents (tax forms, etc.) with you at the time of the appointment. Regretfully, we normally cannot accommodate requests for same-day appointments.

Inclement weather may force Suffolk to close. Please confirm your appointment by phone if bad weather is predicted.
