Applications & Forms
International students are encouraged to apply online. See the list of other requirements on the Deadlines & Requirements page for other applications materials you'll need to submit.
International students are required to submit:
- Common Application
- Suffolk Application Supplement (available at the Common Application site)
- Financial aid applications, if applicable
(International students must also submit the Confidential Declaration of Finances Form. Students with F-1 visa status transferring from another US college or university also need to submit the Transfer Release Form) - Official high school and college transcripts
By Mail
Students may also complete PDFs of the required forms and submit them to Suffolk University by mail (or fax where applicable):
- Common Application (also available from your high school guidance counselor)
- Suffolk Application Supplement
- Financial aid applications, if applicable
- Confidential Declaration of Finances form
- Transfer Release Form
Mail your completed packet with a check for the $50 application fee to:
