Transfer Decision Interviews
Thinking about a new start? Transfer Decision Interviews provide you an opportunity to visit Suffolk and discuss your transcript and application with a member of the admission staff. We can often tell you how the decision will turn out and the amount of credit you will receive. When you leave from your visit, you will know how long it will take to complete your degree.
When you arrive at Suffolk, you will meet with an admission counselor, who will review your application and required documents. To participate in this session, you must register and bring the following information:
- Completed Transfer Common Application (including supplement form)
- Official college transcript(s) in a sealed envelope
- Official High School transcript
- SAT/ACT results (required if you have less than 24 semester hours completed of college level courses)
Due to the complexities of evaluating international documents and portfolios, international students and BFA candidates should contact the Admission Office.
You can schedule an appointment for Monday through Friday, based on transfer counselor availability. If you are interested in enrolling in the spring, you may schedule your appointment for a date between September and December. If you are interested in enrolling in the fall, you may make your appointment for a date between January and May. Please contact the Office of Admissions at 617-573-8460 and indicate that you are a transfer student interested in a decision interview. You should submit the online Transfer Common Application at least three days ahead of your appointment.
You can also register for a campus tour the day of your Decision Interview.
