Transfer Decision Sessions
Thinking about a new start? Transfer Decision Sessions provide you an opportunity to visit Suffolk and discuss your transcript and application with a member of the admission staff. We can often tell you how the decision will turn out and the amount of credit you will receive. When you leave from your visit, you will know how long it will take to complete your degree.
When you arrive at Suffolk, you will meet with an admission counselor, who will review your application and required documents. To participate in this session, you must register and bring the following information:
- Completed Transfer Common Application (including supplement form)
- Essay
- Official college transcript(s) in a sealed envelope
- Official High School transcript
- SAT/ACT results (required if you have less than 24 semester hours completed of college level courses)
Due to the complexities of evaluating international documents and portfolios, international students and BFA candidates should contact the Admission Office.
If you are trying to register for one of the scheduled transfer sessions and you find that the session is booked, it is important to note that you can schedule a similar session for an application and transcript review during most weekdays. Please contact the office of admissions at 617-573-8460. Please indicate that you are a transfer student and you are calling to schedule an application review.
