S.O.U.L.S. shines spotlight on homelessness during November
Warm Clothing and Non-Perishable Food Drive
As part of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month, S.O.U.L.S. is collecting gently used warm clothing for adults and children and new, white, adult-sized socks. The clothing donations will be given to Cradles to Crayons, New England Center for Homeless Veterans, and Oasis Coalition.
S.O.U.L.S., in collaboration with the Office of Government & Community Affairs, is participating in Boston CANshare, an annual food drive sponsored by Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, the Mayor's Advisory Committee on Hunger, FedEx, and The Greater Boston Food Bank. Food donations will be delivered to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
Donation boxes for clothing and food are located in the following areas:
