Suffolk University Law School
120 Tremont St., Boston

The Center for Advanced Legal Studies presents a conference on "Ten Critical Issues Under the New Uniform Trust Code."

The Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code, which went into effect in July 2012, signifies the first time Massachusetts’ trust law has been codified.

With a few exceptions, the new code is applicable to all trusts in existence before, on, or after the effective date, and its provisions impact all aspects of trust administration.

The in-depth discussion will focus on 10 select provisions of the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code, concentrating on its practical application.

Register for the course.
