The program also includes a distinguished panel comprised of mediator Ericka Gray, organizational consultant Paula Parnagian, union president Gregory Sorozan, and management employment lawyer David Wilson, and moderated by Suffolk University law professor David Yamada, founder of the New Workplace Institute.
