A forum to address the health and well-being of young women of color by bringing together a broad array of providers in the Boston area who serve young women of color, along with young women themselves. The conference seeks to break down the silos of service providers across different disciplines serving young women of color, and between providers and young women themselves. The gathering is open to young adult women of color, health and human services providers, and community members.

For Young Women:
This is for the budding roses in bloom.... As a community we should always strive to bring you closer to the authentic woman that exists within you. All of us daily are growing into our own knowledge, health and wellness. This conference gives you the opportunity to have a voice in your own care, and to tell service providers what they need to do to better assist you in your growth and to empower you as a young woman of color in the community.

For Providers:
A gathering at the well to bring stakeholders together across health, social service, education, criminal justice and other disciplines to lay the groundwork for a common approach to improving the health and well-being of young women of color in Boston; increase knowledge about gender-responsive and trauma-informed programming for young women of color; explore strategies for leveraging the strength, commitment and energy of young women of color as health leaders, and begin defining roles for them across the range of disciplines that affect young women's health and wellness.

For the Community:
If you touch the lives of young women, you should be at this conference. From the neighbor to the store clerk who sees the same young women in and out of the store, you are a support for young women.
