Suffolk Employees Learn Eco-Event Options

Suffolk employees are invited to come learn about Suffolk's involvement in the US EPA Food Recovery Challenge and opportunities for how to plan and host eco-conscious events.  At this Open House Tasting Event, employees will enjoy samples of locally and regionally grown and produced foods, while learning tips on how to keep costs down while providing eco-conscious, high quality events.  Catering by Sodexo

Suffolk employees are encouraged to stop by for a few minutes to try some menu items and learn some tips.  There will also be a brief event planning survey, where participants will be eligible for a prize.

Co-hosted by Suffolk Sustainability, Office of Health & Wellness, Human Resources, SBS Dean’s Office, CAS Dean’s Office, and Law School Dean’s Office.
