Lights Out for Earth Hour

On March 31 from 8:30pm-9:30pm lots of lights will be off!

Earth Hour is an international event which calls on individuals, businesses, communities and governments to "go beyond the hour" by committing to a positive action for the planet and celebrating that commitment with the people of the world by switching off their lights for one designated hour.

Suffolk Participation

Suffolk University will be striving to turn off as much non-emergency lighting as possible for Earth Hour 2012.  You can help -- see a light on?  Turn it off!

In addition, the 150 Tremont Residence Hall will host a party in the dark, featuring glow in the dark activities and educational videos about conservation.  More information
