This man’s story will leave you glued to your seat!
Sawyer Business School Executive in Residence Sushil Bhatia arrived in the United States with big dreams, but only a few dollars in his pocket.
Today, he is a globally recognized inventor, professor, CEO, and entrepreneur. His career is what we call a "portfolio career." Instead of all of his income stream coming from one company, he diversifies his professional life and his income stream. He also enjoys a very interesting life because he gets to explore many different professional roles.
Would a Portfolio Life suit you?
With more than 25 years of business experience, Bhatia has co-developed or invented: Glue Stic, Name Tags that stick to clothing, mailing labels, laser/copier labels, binding systems, and electro-sensitive paper. Have you ever noticed the expiration date stamp on a medicine bottle? It might have been printed with JMD Manufacturing technology. Bhatia is the CEO of JMD.
