What Recruiters Look For

You’re invited to get the inside scoop from recruiters about what they look for in candidates in all aspects of the hiring process in this graduate student workshop.
Get insight into how they evaluate resumes and what they are looking for during interviews. There will also be time for you to ask questions.

Our experience panelists will share their expertise:

• Matt Metivier (MBA ’02), Associate Director of Human Resources, Infinity Pharmaceuticals
• Jason Pratt, VP of Recruitment, Penn Mutual Life Insurance
