The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service presents the third in a series of roundtable discussions co-sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Federal agencies are now developing the rules that will give force to the health care reforms contained in the Affordable Care Act of 2009. The discussion will address the major issues that are complicating the task of implementation and what is at stake for states as new rules are developed.

Rogan Kersh, professor of Public Policy and associate dean, Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University, will lead the discussion.

Nancy Turnbull, senior lecturer and associate dean, Harvard School of Public Health, also will comment.
