Today, small business comprise more than half of all employment and are the growth engine of the next eceonomy. In this case-driven course, you will understand the various aspects of business with a focus on established small businesses and the associated challenges of success and failure. This course will cover the challenges associated with startups, growing and turnaround situations. You will learn how to identify problems and develop solutions that confront small businesses through case analysis, presentation, and assessment where you will have the opportunity to analyze a situation as manage, owner, investor, or other stakeholders.'
