The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service and the Anti-Defamation League present a panel discussion on the impact of hate speech on college campuses. What is the definition of hate speech? When does hate speech become harassment? Are there any circumstances in which hate speech on a college campus should be restricted? Are hate codes effective and/or constitutional?
