Social Justice Education Training

First of three sessions on Social Justice

5:30 - 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011
Sargent Hall, First Floor Function Room
120 Tremont St., Boston

This experiential workshop addresses social justice theory, access, and power in the United States. Participants will examine their own assumptions and beliefs about other people and will look closely at the intersections of race, class and privilege—especially as they affect fair access to education.

The three-part Social Justice Series is co-sponsored by Diversity Services, S.O.U.L.S., the Office of Student Affairs, the Office of Academic Access and Opportunity, and the Center for Teaching Excellence.
